Tim has been in the home building industry since 1992 and established Blackrock Builders in 2007 in Williamsburg, Virginia. Blackrock Builders quickly became known as one of Williamsburg’s finest custom home builders and has built in some of the area’s most notable communities including Governor’s Land, Ford’s Colony, Kingsmill, and many others.
